The successful physician leadership candidate will demonstrate a track record of academic accomplishments in clinical care, education and research with special qualifications in epidemiology and infection prevention. Experience with clinical epidemiology, regulatory agencies and quality improvement science are required. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and provide executive leadership for public health threats are essential. The available position requires board certification in pediatrics and infectious diseases, and eligibility for an academic appointment at The Ohio State University at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor. Ideal candidates will possess a Master’s Degree in Epidemiology or Public Health.
