In this capacity, you’ll capably assess situations, put forth sensible solutions, and get the team excited about them. You’ll steer infection control/prevention practices by developing IC goals, objectives, plans, and procedures; coordinating , integrating, and reassessing hospital-wide IC programs; and documenting infection surveillance. You will also put your vision and energy behind compliance reporting and in-service training.

The IC resource we’re looking for has:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing, Public Health or similar field
Three to five years’ experience in Infection Control, including managerial authority
CIC credentials from APIC
Keen communication, analytical, computer and leadership skills
