Infectious Disease/ HIV/AIDS care
Dartmouth-Hitchcock is seeking a highly skilled, energetic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner for the HIV Program in the Department of Medicine, Section of Infectious Disease and International Health. In this role the practitioner will be a member of our large, comprehensive regional HIV team and will provide services at our D-H Manchester and D-H Nashua locations in beautiful, southern New Hampshire.
In this role you will be responsible for the clinical care and medical case management of people living with HIV, the education and support of patients and their families, and participation in program development and quality improvement projects. Candidates who enjoy working independently as a member of a large team and who are interested in program development are strongly encouraged to apply. The position is Monday through Friday days with no weekend coverage or on call responsibilities.
Qualified candidates must be a graduate of accredited ARNP program and have Board Certification. An APRN license or eligibility for licensure in the State of New Hampshire is required. DEA registration and CPR certification is essential. Previous experience is preferred and Spanish bilingual fluency is an asset.
