PRIMARY FUNCTION: To provide basic nutrition services to the patient including ensuring patient meal selections are in accordance with the diet order, and problem resolution to ensure optimal customer service. To provide quality control for patient meals including oversight of the patient meal assembly, processing of diet requisitions and tray changes, input of data into CBORD system, and printing reports to ensure optimal patient meal service.
