The purpose of this position is to provide occupational therapy services, evaluations and interventions, to those veterans who are in the process of being housed or who are housed via the HUD-VASH program in the VA Northern California Health Care System area. The Occupational Therapist's evaluations and interventions will address the veterans' strengths and limitations related to their ability to live safely and effectively in the community and engage in meaningful activities.
