The Manager of Guest Services and Communications is responsible for managing staff and providing professional and customer service focused assistance to all visitors to GSH, as well as providing managerial oversight of the Communications Operators. In addition, the Manager will directly report to the System Director of Security to ensure operational support and success and to develop transformative strategies to improve the visitor experience and ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.
