System Accounts Payable Manager
The System Accounts Payable Manager shares responsibility for daily operations of Health System's centralized AP department within the ERP operating environment. Day to day operations include, but are not limited to: implementation of standardized processes and system-wide policies, timeliness of payments, maintenance of document storage and maintenance of standards for entry of vendors in the vendor master file; monthly close of Accounts Payable within the ERP system; working with Materiel Management and Finance Departments; implementation of practices which ensure compliance with Internal Audit guidelines, Local/State and IRS regulations; active supervision/management and development of non-exempt personnel.
