The LPN assigned to the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System Outpatient Specialty Clinic is primarily responsible and accountable for screening and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care, and identifying outcomes for patients the outpatient Medical and Surgical Specialty clinics setting.
