Description JOB SUMMARY: This position will report directly to the CNO. This person/position is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising the nursing care, ensuring that patient care needs are met during his/her shift, and providing physicians and patients with optimal service, in a cost effective manner. The House Supervisor is expected to contribute to an environment supportive of personal and professional growth of self and others.
