This Advanced Histopathology Technician is assigned to the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service at the Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System for Omaha, Lincoln and Grand Island & associated CBOCs. The Histopathology Technician is responsible for the activities of the anatomic pathology (Histology) section of the laboratory. Provides authoritative advice and consultation in the Histology section as they apply to the Anatomic Pathology laboratory. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
