The Minneapolis VA Healthcare System is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager(ANM) for the Emergency Department. The Level 3 Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day/365 days a year with more than 2,200 patient visits/month. In collaboration with the Nurse Manager, functions as a supervisor providing oversight for the administration of leave, counseling, disciplinary actions, training, and evaluation of the designated unit.
