The Central Alabama VA Health Care System, Montgomery, AL is seeking a Full-Time Physician (Internal Medicine/Infectious Disease) to join our team to care for our Nations veterans. The ideal candidate must have experience in inpatient and outpatient quality care, teaching, and research related to general internal medicine and infectious diseases. Patient screening, surveillance and management of infectious diseases and general internal medicine. Provides consultation services to all other VA clinics under Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System (CAVHCS) catchment. Provides direct clinical supervision of advanced practice nurses or physician assistants and other staff as appropriate. Establishes professional working relationships with other clinical service providers
