Our practice is composed of a diverse group of 29 neonatologists and 31 NNPs who provide care and rotate through several Level II - Level IV NICUs.Neonatologists' responsibilities including a combination of 24-hour shifts in-house at the busy Level-III NICUs and call from home in the smaller units
