Up to $10,000 Sign-On bonus for experienced Registered Nurse / RN Summary
The Registered Nurse / RN Telemetry provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process. The Registered Nurse / RN Telemetry assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on need of the patient and family members. The Registered Nurse / RN Telemetry directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, Infection control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided. The Registered Nurse / RN Telemetry utilizes evidence-based practice in accordance with professional standards and adheres to the Florida State Nurse Practice Act. The RN reviews orders/test results and documents care delivered accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
Qualifications - External
Education
Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree)
Experience
Required: New grad eligible for hire Preferred: 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse / RN
Certifications
Registered Nurse / RN license in the State of Florida required
American Heart Association BLS, ACLS required
