Summary: Performs all accounting duties for the Beebe Physician Network, by exhibiting a strong understanding of GAAP. Assists in the development of the Financial functions to include the maintenance of the accounting systems. Collects and prepares fiscal accounting and related systems, regulatory submissions, fiscal presentations for budget and reimbursement and financial feasibility studies. Performs economic research, preparation and analyses of capital budget, investment, and expense performance comparisons. Assists BPN President, Controller, and Asst Controller with all aspects of financial analysis of BPN and hospital's financial information.

Responsibilities: Prepares and analyzes all aspects of BPN accounting and financial information in a timely fashion; to include: monthly financial statements; monthly bank accounts; balance sheet reconciliations. Serves as Performance Analyst for all profit drivers. Coordinates the preparation of annual operating; capital and FTE budget. Monitors compliance with budget; prepares and analyses monthly variance reports. Maintains, analyzes and reports on departmental statistical data. Prepares monthly dashboard for BPN President and managers. Analyze operation of systems, preparing recommendations and documentation to create and update fiscal service and other related policies and procedures with respect to operating systems. Prepares, analyzes and reviews RVU calculations/salaries for all BPNI practices. Assigned Special Projects for Administration. Prepare financial analysis as needed. Prepares special reports for Financial Committee, Board of Directors and Administration. Maintains investment management data and compiles reports as necessary. Prepares comparative analysis reviewing market share as a resource to the Vice Presidents of Finance and Operations. Follows established hospital policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control. Assists financial auditors in completion of interim and year end audits.
