The Assistant Nurse Manager position is an entry level management position. In collaboration with the Nurse Manager, functions as a supervisor and assumes accountability for the operational function of the designated units. Assignment may include (but is not limited to) scheduling, staffing, evaluating, counseling, and directing nursing personnel in assigned units.
