The Professional Development (PD) RN is a team member of staff education and will plan, develop, implement, evaluate, and consult on a variety of training activities to accomplish results-oriented outcomes and promote the values and goals of PD RN. PD RN is a specialized nursing practice that facilitates professional role development and growth of nursing staff and other healthcare personnel along the continuum of novice to expert.
