ChristianaCare is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for our Holloway Community Program. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating care of patients (pediatric, adolescent, adult, & geriatric) with HIV, HCV, and other infectious diseases and for HIV prevention. This role also serves as a resource for ChristianaCare Health System caregivers, as well as a liaison to community partners. Education and counseling to patients and families related to health care and disease management is also a priority.**The home base for this position is located on the 6th floor of the Gateway Building, Wilmington campus, and also requires Tuesday morning hours at Brandywine Counseling on Lancaster Avenue in Wilmington.** This i
