Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist for the AtHome Medical Office located at the Morris Plains office to work 8:30am - 5pm including on-call.Responsibilities Essential Functions/Responsibilities:To provide respiratory care to patients as ordered by physician, according to established standards and practices. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.Complete client care assignments as prescribed by ordering physicianParticipate in the coordination of client discharge process
