The Infection Prevention & Employee Health Specialist promotes the safety and health of all patients and staff through microbiological surveillance; monitoring the clinic environment for appropriate infection prevention practices; collecting and evaluating surveillance data for internal and external reporting as indicated; and conducting ongoing evaluation of prevention and control activities and adherence to regulatory standards. The Infection Prevention and Employee Health Specialist facilitates an Employee Health Program which includes disease detection and prevention; following up after employee injuries; promoting a safe and healthy work environment; and providing educational programs related to infection prevention and employee health.  Education/Tr
