Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join the Family Medicine clinic at PMG Camas. You'll be part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered care team made up of physicians, advanced practice providers, behavior health provider, clinical pharmacist, case management, and an experienced clinical support team. With great schools, family-friendly neighborhoods and no income tax for Washington residents, this is an ideal practice location on the border of East Vancouver and Camas, just across the river from Portland, OR. Full-time, 1.0 FTE Monday - Friday, daytime hours, 4 days/week schedule preferred Non-paneled, team-based care with direct and indirect patient care (in-basket management)
