Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a Primary Care Physician & Clinic Medical Director to join the established team at PMG Mary's Woods. This role will support primarily an adult panel, so we are looking for an Internal Medicine physician or Family Medicine physician with adult/geriatric focus. In addition to direct-patient care, this will also be a defined leadership role. As Clinic Medical Director (approximately 0.2 FTE), you will be working alongside 4 other practicing physicians as part of an integrative primary care team which includes embedded APPs who will support your panel and some in basket management, an on-site behavioral health provider and clinical pharmacist, and case management team. The clinic is located in the Village Square of Mary's Woods Senior Living Community, where many of the clinic's patients reside. We also welcome families of all ages from the West Linn & Lake Oswego communities, living along the banks of the Willamette River in these beautiful suburbs of Portland, Oregon.
- Full-time, with potential for dedicated Medical Director FTE, up to 1.0 FTE total
- 4 or 5 days/week schedule (M-F)
- Board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, and ideal candidates will have a passion for supporting complex adult & geriatric patients
- Dedicated time for leadership responsibilities include quality improvement projects, supervision, and admin
- 2-year guaranteed salary (with higher starting base for experienced physicians), generous quality incentives, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance available
