Position Summary
Provides supervision of the daily operations of departments requiring nursing expertise, assuring goals are obtained through planning, implementing and directing programs, procedures, systems and support personnel. Direct supervision of 30+ FTEs or 10-30 FTEs across 3+ locations. Will support a region of clinics or a specialty(ies) requiring regular travel several days each week to sites in the Metro area. This is a working supervisor role with 10-30% clinical care.
Required: * BSN, RN. MN Nursing License * 2-5 years of clinical nursing experience * BLS Certification
Preferred: * Pediatrics, ambulatory care setting * Specialty experience, where applicable * Leadership experience
