Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for 10CD at Overlook Medical Center to work 7AM - 7:30PM, including every 3rd weekend. Responsibilities Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Performs patient hygiene and comfort functions including bathing, grooming, feeding, back and skin care, TED stockings, and positioning. Changes bed linens according to policy and pm as patient needs necessitate. Obtains and documents vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure). Obtains weights and heights. Assists with elimination needs of the patient: positions on bedpans, OOB to commode or bathroom, measures I & O, & drains and measures output from Foley catheter drainage tubes, and suction bottles.
