DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: The Manager of Spiritual Care is responsible for the management of the CHRISTUS St. Vincent Spiritual Care Program in accord with the Mission and Core Values of the organization. This position oversees the provision of spiritual and supportive care to the patients, families, and Associates and will adhere to the Mission, Vision, Ethics, Core Values and Catholic Identity of CHRISTUS St. Vincent. The Manager of Spiritual Care insures that organization's the Core Values are evident in the services provided to customers, both internal and external.The position is responsible for cultivating creative solutions to the challenges of providing spiritual care to patients and associates at all intersectio
