Serves therapeutically correct trays to patients, processes diet orders, collects patient menu selections, adjusts patient menus in accordance with patient's diet order and the diet reference manual, processes menu for tray line and demonstrates outstanding customer service.This position consists of working four 10-hour shifts. Schedules to include 7:30am-6:00pm and 8:00am-6:30pm. Working every other weekend and a holiday rotation is required.
