The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine in conjunction with IU Health Physicians, are expanding its team as it transitions to a subspecialized service.  The department is seeking to jointly recruit surgical pathologists with subspecialist expertise in Gastrointestinal pathology, to join its faculty.  Those experienced in a second subspeciality area or immunohistochemistry will be considered as well.  The Pathologists will be based at the IU Health Central Pathology Laboratory (IUHPL) located in downtown Indianapolis.  The Pathology team serves 10 hospitals within the IU Health Network and Eskenazi Health.  Anatomic pathology is currently comprised of 55 pathologists, with this expansion plan adding additional subspecialized pathol
