Sterile Processing Technician, Lead, Nights, $10K Sign-on Bonus
Job DescriptionResponsible for preparing, sterilizing equipment/instruments and tracking them in an accurate and timely manner. This role also prepares operating room case carts, sterile trays and supplies for all areas of the hospital. This role also provides leadership in the absence of the manager and/or supervisor and performs additional administrative responsibilities as assigned.STAFF & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT : Creates an environment that motivates superior performance and establishes collaborative relationships and networks to achieve objectives.
