PRIMARY FUNCTION : Responsible to identify and implement various tools, techniques and processes which continually enhance the automated management of computer system operations, resources and processes. Evaluate, plan, and implement infrastructure strategy for the organization. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Demonstrates compliance with Christiana Care center and departmental policies and procedures and mandatory education requirements including but not limited to safety, infection control, attendance and dress code. Generates advanced automation ideas which increase system performance and system availability and which allow the company to save valuable time and resources.
