Director Revenue Cycle - Managed Care
DescriptionSummary:This position is responsible for providing direction and focus on the revenue cycle process. The incumbent will work collaboratively with regional leadership and management to identify and implement best practices, improve information systems infrastructure, and share knowledge to enhance the service and technical quality as well as overall outcomes in the revenue cycle process.Responsibilities:Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.Provides focus and direction to process improvement in revenue cycle management.Establishes standards and processes to ensure continuous improvement in the revenue cycle.
