X Associate’s degree X Required

Required Skills
Certifications:
Certification through the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) is preferred and required within 1 year of employment

Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
