Overview Under relatively close supervision of the Manager and other more senior technicians, inspect, repair, maintain, and calibrate all types of basic clinical equipment, devices, system, and instruments. Interact on a routine basis with other clinical health providers in the identification of technology-based problems and solution development. Participate in on-the-job training programs regarding technical, administrative, and customer service requirements. The Biomed Electronics Technician will work toward status of a Sr. BMET by attaining ability to independently complete all assigned tasks and acquire competency on a broader range of more sophisticated clinical devices and systems.
