This position is located in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Service (PM&RS) at the Durham VA Medical Center. The Physical Therapist/Neurologist Clinical Specialist provides assessment and treatment intervention on an independent basis across the continuum of care and services provided by PM&RS. Primarily serves as subject matter expert in Neurologic Physical Therapy at least 25% of the time. Also supports the Outpatient Clinics (CBOC's) and Community Living Center (CLC) referrals.
