The Chahroudi laboratory in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Infectious Diseases, at the Emory University School of Medicine is seeking a highly motivated Post-doctoral Research Fellow to lead an NIH-funded project investigating simian immunodeficiency virus persistence in rhesus macaques. The goal of this work is to investigate HIV cure strategies in a model of pediatric HIV infection. The post-doctoral fellow will lead the nonhuman primate study and direct the immunologic and virologic analyses, with ample room to make intellectual contributions to the project.
